As a class come up with main characters and plot and have each student write their own paragraph and contribute to the story. Technology is also great to use in special education classrooms because this really helps students whom are visual learners. Phonics is another great area that can be integrated with technology. Because there are websites that allow students to sound out letters. These are just the tip of the iceberg there is so much more that can be done with technology and the classroom.

Technology is great not only because it provides so many wonderful opportunities for students to further in their studies but it is also a great communication tool. Teachers can use technology to update and inform parents immediately teachers can create weekly updates for parents on a website. Teachers can have students track their grades. Teachers also can create fun and interesting assessments that allows students to learn more about the curriculum.And allows students to familiarize themselves with basic computer functions!
